Operator Brief: The Review Receipt

SUMMARY: A review receipt is a short public or private record showing what was checked, what changed, and what still needs attention.

Operators already perform reviews: morning administration, security audits, content scans, source checks, visual QA, registration review, and chat cleanup. Without a receipt, the work disappears into memory.

The receipt does not need drama. It needs enough structure for the next operator to understand the state of the surface without repeating the entire investigation.

Receipt Fields

Surface: the page, room, feed, file, account group, or system that was reviewed.

Checks: the specific tests performed, including logs, public requests, metadata checks, or manual review.

Outcome: what passed, what changed, what was removed, and what stayed in place.

Next review: when the surface should be checked again or what event should trigger another pass.

Where to Use It

Use review receipts after recurring tasks and meaningful changes. They extend trust receipts from major changes into routine maintenance.

Operator Rule

If a review affects trust, visibility, access, or safety, leave a receipt.

Field assessment: maintenance becomes durable when it leaves a usable trace.
