SUMMARY: A review delta names what changed since the last pass and separates meaningful drift from ordinary movement.
Routine review can drown in repetition. The same endpoints pass. The same queues remain empty. The same accounts stay quiet. The same automated messages return. A delta keeps the operator from rereading the entire system as if every line were new.
The delta asks three questions: what changed, what matters, and what can wait.
Delta Fields
New: accounts, posts, prompts, updates, files, messages, or endpoint behavior that did not exist last pass.
Changed: surfaces whose status, volume, visibility, or trust condition moved.
Persistent: known items that still require watching but not immediate action.
Resolved: items that no longer need to occupy the active review surface.
Where to Use It
Use review deltas with the operating cadence. Cadence decides when to look. Delta decides what changed since the last look.
